But the biggie question is why are you doing your research on BP?

There's a subculture of people who chase getting various kinds of infections, as well as fetishists.  She may be trying to cater to that, or she may just figure she doesn't have as much time as she thought she did and wants to have as much fun as possible.  All in all, at least she's being honest about it!  It would be a lot worse not to tell people.

B. A man who is pissy

More then likely it's a low class provider that is jealous. This happens everyday.

That's always my first thought when I read these type things... that it's most likely another provider or a client/potential client they pissed off. I once had a client who passed the screening. When I talked to him on the phone after that, he was being an asshole about the screening, saying it felt like he was being interrogated. Guy was just being a dick about it. I told him I was sorry, but that I couldn't tolerate such rudeness and canceled the appointment. He got pissed and said he'd put up an ad saying I was LE. I told him he had passed the screening and everything would have been okay had he not got an attitude about it afterwards. I think that's the only time I had a guy threaten to put up a bad fake ad for me, but I'm sure many of us have had our share of crazies threaten to post fake ads, whether it be providers or clients.
