When I was younger a 3-some was bout having girls be all over me.Today it's more about them , so is that what you want?
Course it's generally considered wise to have done sessions with each.But I'm more a one on one type so  the best are where they are attracted to each other.To that end ,I try to  make sure they have seen pics & spoken to the other,also giving each lady a few choices.( so her reply is based on her likes not fear of losing $$).
I did a 3-some with 2 lady's that had done A few together and it was more orchestrated and they were not into each other like I had hoped.But you may prefer all the focus to be on you and could care less whether the ladies interact .
I prefer outcalls and preparations such as having wine or beverage specific to the ladies taste, fruit ,candles ,jazz(light) ,lotions ,toys, liberator wedge,lubricants,whipped cream or other.
I find most ladies do well in the beginning if your giving direction but if it's going well no words will be needed once the fun begins.
After my first pop ,I like to leave the room and let the ladies enjoy each other for a bit (keeping an ear out for when it gets quiet) my return always seems welcome and thats when you will have two ladies intent on showing you there gratitude ,&/ or going for ONE_UPs _MANSHIP ( competing ).

My favorite 3-somes have been the ones where I knew one or both ladies - so Why not have fun with 2 ladies you've already enjoyed? They already know what you like and thus more fun can be had instead of learning someone new.

Since you've seen both Ilona and Ginger separately, why not again but together? I'm sure they will take great care of you again.

or contemplate having one of them (or other lady you've seen) with a different friend for a lil variety?

Make sure that the ladies you choose are very bi.  There is a difference between having a 2 girl experience and having a REAL 3 some.  A two girl experience is where each girl focuses exclusively on you with very little interaction between themselves. A real 3 some means everyone interacts and everyone enjoys being touched, tasted, and teased by all present.  Girl on girl, girl on guy, guy on girls, girls on guy...how ever many combinations can be had well...you have 'em every which way but the right way!

You could mix and match 2 of your faves, but IMHO opinion you're better off with 2 ladies that really enjoy each others company and are really BI. I agree with MM69, if you're going this route, book at least 2hrs so you can enjoy the experience, and the ladies can enjoy you.
