who are Akon and Ke$sha??   yeah, i guess we're getting old...

I was at a strip club last week, second time in about 6 months, and both times I noticed that all the songs were Akon, Kanye West, and Ke$ha.  When I go to a strip club, I always expect to hear Motley Crue, Warrant and Def Leppard.  I think times are changing.

Sorry HS - I just couldn't help myself.  Truth be told, I don't know who they are either.  Nowadays I just hope I don't run into any of the ladies I coached, that would be awkward.

I'll guess that you went at night. Try the Pink Pony during the day...All of the above, mixed in with some newer rock...Nickleback, etc...

and those 1980s songs are probably not on many DJs playlist.
Mostly urban, pop, hip-hop (not rap) are played. and I've actually got to a point that I enjoy the music (have a few Kanye CD/downloads myself).

Of course, you could be like me and older-older and be looking for them to play Led Zep, Stones, Who. It will never happen (and just doesn't quite cut it). LOL

soooooo many years ago and one of the sexiest ladies did a fantastic sexy dance to "Power Of Love-You are my Lady" by Air Supply.
Now lets talk about being old.

Just roll with it.  I had never heard of Akon until one Friday night a gorgeous young brunette giving me a lap dance spent the whole song eye-locked on me mouthing "You already know. . . I wanna fuck you. . ."   We hooked up the next afternoon for one of the best Saturdays I'll ever have.  Now, I LOVE Akon.  (Hey, my grandparents hated the Beatles.)
