It’s hard to say goodbye sometimes, but that is what I must do.

Over the years the industry has changed immensely, I entered with a goal to provide a place where Women could feel safe & professional without worrying about screening details, advertising and other things required of a provider.  (As a retired provider, I knew what it was like). Clients needed to feel safe, as well.  Important factors when I put My business together were our clients and Women felt comfortable and enjoyed the service level we provided.  Early on, hard lessons taught Me that I could not please everyone. I also learned to stick to My guns to provide safety and stability for all parties involved (both clients and providers).

Has the Industry changed or have I?
Some say I have changed, okay; Most defined are the changes in providers, clients, the economy and provider quality.
My talent was finding and training Women to enjoy and feel empowered in their careers as a Provider. I never wanted any Woman I worked with to feel less because of this industry; no Woman should ever feel this way.  Ladies, you do NOT have to do this; remember you have a choice.
Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.  -  Confucius
Sadly, I no longer love My job.  One of the many reasons I decided to exit.

Where things became problematic:
Over time I found many agencies and small town male pimps promising the same things My company offered. They put up the store front but did not follow through. I constantly heard this from My applicants. I offered them was to try us out; see if we were a match. I never made guarantees, other than what was highlighted in our policies.  Finding our accustomed quality became increasingly difficult when Ladies saw empty promises; equating fictional opportunities with many others (other established agencies know what I am talking about).  Consequently, many opted to pursue the “guaranteed” $2000 or more a day as opposed to the one saying they cannot make guarantees and warns that the others can’t either. I've seen $5000/day “guarantees” in some hiring ads. I hope people become realistic, understand this is not easy work, and that this is a job like any other. Find what you love about it; what you don’t like, eliminate; unless it is part of the job; otherwise, just don’t do it.

Where things started to shift:
This past Summer's sickness and issues (I finally had surgery) really put Me down; I was unable to work as much. I left things up to a couple of our Managers; not everything was handled appropriately; but I know they did what they could while I was not 100%.

What happened to My re-vamping and re-designing of the business structure?
My initial plan was to re-do the sites, I have been interviewing and actively looking at a new layout for Ladies that could offer a salary plus income, paid vacation, even health insurance. I was looking at other options and different packages to offer Women so they could choose what business plan worked best for them, Full time or part time. The different plans were brilliant; I feel our company had enough variety for many Women as we also leaned towards consulting and working with Independents.  I considered taking on a business partner, but these plans I had are no longer viable.

So why did I change My Mind?
Recently, someone took personal information involving My family and published it, including slanderous and exaggerated claims including personal family photos.  I have no idea why this person decided to do this; but as they wish, I am closing it down. I no longer find My career satisfying nor fulfilling.  People are downright nasty and conniving.  In all the years I have done this I have NEVER considered doing something so terrible to ANYONE regardless how justified I felt that I was wronged. Trust Me I have been wronged on many occasions; I was always a Lady who turned the other cheek and moved on; minding My own business.

I feel a new chapter in My life evolving with My family, school and career.
I am moving this month and launching a different business (not involved with escorts).  So I guess the timing was perfect.

Goodbye Atlanta.

When I told a friend My decision today he asked Me to leave some of My words of wisdom for people, LOL.

Ladies:
• If you work with an agency and you’re not happy, don’t make threats or attempt to hurt the owners or other Ladies. You may think the noose you’re hanging is for them, but you’re only going to hang yourself.  Seriously, heed My advice on this.
• If you do not love your job then don’t do it or figure out what you need to do to make it enjoyable (not just tolerable). You work in a “pleasure” industry ensure some of the pleasure is yours as well.
• Maintain professionalism and being personable simultaneously.  Trust me you can do it.
• Don't let clients blackmail you with threats such as bad reviews because he is not getting “what he wants the way he wants it”.  If you work for an agency, let him know and if you are an Independent, just let TER know in advance. Tell him that’s fine and warn other Ladies via back channel.
• Which brings Me to this…  you are not competition against each other. TRUST ME, every Lady is different and unique in her own way. Men love variety, don’t be possessive that’s not a part of your job.
• Agencies, do not let Ladies scare or blackmail you. I have spoken to MANY Agencies over the years terrified of firing a girl because she “knew” too much about them or in fear that the girl would “turn” them in or the girl has already threatened to do this. Agencies get together and warn each other when you have a girl like this because she deserves to be blacklisted and unable to work with ANY reputable Agency if she does this, it is just nasty.
• Agencies getting away from incalls is a bad thing b/c I see many people/Ladies who do not always care. The agency is responsible to clean up all of the broken pieces.  It was a part of My business plan to fix this.
• The grass is not always greener on the other side, if you do not tend, water or care for the lawn and garden you are in now it will only die and wither. Work it and make it thrive.
• Love yourself, take care of yourself and forgive yourself. Do not always give yourself such a hard time. Know your self worth. We all work hard, are ALL strong Women; seriously, if you can dream it you can have it, make it happen.

For you Gentleman:
• It is ok to be selective, do your homework and make sure you feel comfortable with the provider, don’t let your “stupid head” take the lead it can get you in trouble.  If all else fails, it is nice to ask a Lady to lunch or dinner for an additional fee to get to know her before you decide on an appointment, some will take the time to do this.
• If you’re with a Lady with verbal diarrhea; all she can do is talk about others, consider your information is unlikely to be all that safe. Learn the lesson that talking and verbalizing is a personality characteristic; not a charming one, typically bored, rumor mongers and indiscreet.
• This is a hobby, keep it that way.  Play it safe.
• No means no, don’t push it; read her body language. Respect goes a long way.
• There are 2 sides to every story; then there is the truth.
• If all else fails, duck and cover.  (Take that how you want).  Ha Ha.

And now I will take My bow.
Many thanks to the Wonderful Ladies who helped. One who stands out is Allison.
And the many clients who appreciated the quality, customer service and value we brought.

Now I am on to do some amazing things.

we met under strange circumstances over 7 years ago at one of your few parties at the Hyatt(?) Perimeter Mall.  Think back....Cowboy made the introduction.  Those were the good old days in the hobby.  And I will always remember the Halloween Party that you and Fran held.......where a very special friend of mine even won a dance contest.  And your luncheons were always fun.
You always conducted yourself in business as a professional.
Sorry to hear that you were sick and happy that you are all good again
It's been a pleasure knowing you and your better half and wish you nothing but peace, happiness,  love and much success in your new venture.
There are many in Atlanta who will miss you.

Thank you for all your hard work and courage, Monica.  Glad that you were able to finally have that surgery.  I can't say enough about you, as you came to trust me with your ladies, and I certainly hope they had good things to say about me.  Allison was indeed a true gem, and I regret that I wasn't able to visit them all more frequently.  Your reputation (and getting to know the ladies via your message board) was what kept me visiting your agency again and again.

Best of luck in everything you do.  If there's anything I can do for you, please do not hesitate to ask.

Although I've never got a chance to use your agency, I've heard nothing but good things about you and your agency.  I have no doubt you'll surely be missed. It's sad that when you were down and had to have surgery.. managers you entrusted your business with couldn't handle things appropriately!

You will be missed, wishing you the best in your future endeavors!!

ER was the first place I ever called...and the last place I visited before tonight.

Monica, I kept coming back for one reason C-L-A-S-S, as in 1st Class.  Everything about ER was a cut above, but without ever being snooty.  The ladies were real girls, not something made up to be what no one really is.  Where else would you get offered freshly baked cookies in bed?  In all my visits I was never rushed..not once.  I never had a dirty bathroom or towel in my sight.  There was always a smile when I came in and a smile when I left.  Check that, there were two smiles...one for me and one for my lady.

I did not miss Hush when they left, although I frequented them often.  But I will miss ER.

Maybe I will retire, too.

I have used ER several times in the past.  I found it to be as well run an agency as any out there.  When an appointment was set, it was a done deal, except for unavoidable emergencies.  I was less reliable for being on time than the ER ladies.  When I had trouble with Atlanta traffic or the one time I lost and forgot ER's phone number, ER reliably contacted me to help me to my destination.  When I got to my destination, I was greeted by a lady that, with one exception, was part of a very enjoyable time.  Such consistency must start at the top and is a credit to Monica's direction.  I remember memorable times with Allison, Michelle, and Irina.  I also spent great times with Kellie, Gianna, and Ashley James(Holly @ ER) after they left ER.  The Atlanta community has suffered with ER's decline in her reduced role.  Goodbye, Monica.  Atlanta will miss you.

Monica, what a shame to see you go and leave the scene.  You and your agency provided one of the best, professional and classy agency Atlanta has ever had.  Although I did always agree with you and we had a few personaility differences, I admire and respect you so much.  I originally met my ATF through your agency although she moved and then let me down big time.  But that is not your fault.  Your agency provided gorgeous, first-rate, high quality escorts to the area.  Your reasons for leaving are very well understood.  I am so sorry to see you go.  You are a very impressive individual and I am sure I speak for many in Atlanta, in saying you will be missed!  Good luck and take care.
