For those that have knowledge of my VIP Area, would it be OK for me to throw up a disclaimer and have an option for anyone capable of clicking yes have access to the VIP Area? The individual would have to say "yes" to my disclaimer. Surely I am capable of coming up with a disclaimer that would cover all necessary items.

I think that the way you have it is the way it should be, that is, user name and password.  That way you pretty much know who is visiting your VIP section, and you can have a disclaimer before they ask for password.  Or have a form to fill out for password.  I forget how you do it exactly now.  But if you only have a disclaimer before going into the VIP area, why bother to have one at all?  Hope that makes some sense.
