I have been out of the hobby for a while now, but looking to get back in.  Since I've been out for years now, I don't have any references.  Are there providers out there that would be open to an encounter - and maybe be a reference in the future?

She is also offering a double with Ilona Ezlion who is also newbie friendly. So for $400 bucks you get two references and have two ladies to have fun with.  

Most ladies require two references anyways.

There is also Southern Elite, Gold Club, Exotic Flavors, Atlanta Fantasies, and Leslie Awnwood. There is plenty more.
