I think it depends on what part of the country you are in, but P411 is definitely popular in Atlanta and I use it with excellent results.  They are thorough and have a good website.

When long periods of time go between provider visits it is hard to come up with "recent" references.  But on the flip side seems like a site that maintains a large number of people's info for a longer period of time would have a large bullseye on it from you know who.  Guess there is no perfect world.
