Are you heading to Dubai or Abu Dhabi? Both have a 14 day quarantine right now, but Abu Dhabi assigns you a tracking device and you're confined to your room. Dubai is the better option.  Things are much quieter than they have been in previous years, but it is still possible to have fun.
