First off before I get all of the responses about "its a lady's right to choose the type of service she provides" etc. I totally agree and support that statement. I'm just looking for clarification to understand why there seems to be a trend on ladies requiring new clients to book a two hour minimum?

I can understand that being a new client, it may take the lady time to get comfortable with him, but the same also holds true for the guy. Typically the guy can tell pretty early if the session is not going to be good (chemestry not there between the two, actual appearance doesn't match photos, the "don't touch here / I don't do that" rules come out). So if he know the session is not going to be good or comfortable, he is now out two hours of donantion even if he wants to end the session early. Then you have some guys who for various reason don't want to spend that much time.

There were two ladies who I wanted to see but they did not have any reviews and to be honest, looked too good to be true. If any have read my last review, I've learned my lesson for taking one for the team. Anyway, they each had the two hour minimum thing for new clients AND the rate was a premium rate at that. To it just seemed to risky for lady's who looked that good but had no reviews. Plus a friend of mine just got ripped off by a lady who had the two hour min deal. After a massage and one pop (with MANY) restrictions, she was up, running him a shower and offering him the door with time still on the clock.

Two thoughts, #1 I had advised a lady who used to call me a lot and we discussed business and ideas, she was being swamped with calls and e-mails and was being overwhelmed with requests for sessions. I told her it would be a good to make 2 hour minimum sessions and go up on her rates, as she was not a clock watcher either, to cut back on the calls and e-mails. I understand she is still very busy after she did that and now has time to see guys and not spend so much time on the phone and e-mails. No time for me either(grin) Hey, can I have another chance?? Another lady has a 2 hour min and she does that as she does not want to see multiple guys each day and it works for her also.

#2  I agree about the 2 hour min on ones with no reviews, why in the hell would you ever attempt that?? Unless you had inside info on her service.  You could also ask for a lunch or drink meeting first to see if you are compatible if you have never met her before.  Hey maybe you can meet her at the next "bde" meeting(grin)

Yes I agree that the first encounter could be no chemistry, but if that were the case, the really professonal lady would offer the 2nd hour fee back if the 2 of you were not hitting it off, unless you are a a-hole(grin)

Just my 2 cents from many conversations and with more than one provider. Have fun, and go by your gut instincts, inside info and  TER reviews.

I got an interesting back channel from a person claiming to be a provider.

Anyway, the summary of the e-mail was that the average guy is only going to be able to perform twice and expect that in an hour session these days, or at least an attempt at a second. Anyway, with a two hour session, it takes the stress off the older guys who want the second plus the provider makes more money for soemthing she would do in the hour session anyway.

No problem with the two hour minimum, if the experience is nice and worth it like Jimmy is talking about.

I would be more comfortable doing that with someone I enjoy spending time with and have spend time with before.

Nothing worse than a two hour "no chemistry" encounter.

I have had some 1 hour encounters. I found to be miserable and had to leave about 20 minutes or so.

Even with reviews, sometimes two people don't have chemistry.

Just sharing some personal experience and they are different for different people!

The cold hard fact is the half hour or one hour sessions can virtually destroy a great provider.  Supply and demand clearly dictates market and without knowing anything on the provider, you are left with a tough decision.  I would recommend that you suggest making a donation to meet you for a drink (and that is it on the first meeting).  You will know if chemistry is there and will be out a much smaller amount of dough.  Some will take you up on it, some won't.

Attitude is the most difficult issue in evaluating providers.  You simply do not know until you get there.  Some choose to pay much higher dollars per hour to have a much greater chance of success, while others value shop, figuring if they run into a poor provider, perhaps they will find a fantastic one who has low rates.  

I have run into very high dollar providers and after the meeting said "who the hell would pay for that?" while others thought that she was the greatest and I have been on the other side and visited with providers that others have said "who the hell would pay for that?".  

It is always a YMMV.

Meeting a provider for a drink or coffee is a great idea then you have an idea about chemistry.

Personally I prefer a two hour session as it makes the time more enjoyable for me. I think that most of the better providers probably spend more than an hour with a client in a one hour session anyway, and since time is the only commodity that she has to sell a two hour session is fair for the lady.

In any event Chemistry is the key.

An encounter for the first time can either establish a great repore or totally ruin a guys fantasy. Time of course is the major ingredient in either one occuring.
There have been incidents when I have had a new client and I refuse to even start their session until they know a little about me. Of course I also feel it is unfair to expect a guy to pay for time when he is actually becoming aquainted with me. I have on occasions just postponed starting a guys time until I feel he is comfortable with me and with the surroundings.

I think Candace has hit the nail right on the head.  It is true that if the chemistry is not quite there it can ruin the whole time a couple spends together.  I for one would like to take some time to get to know a provider first to see who they are and what makes them smile at life.  As a new client to a provider I feel that conversation on the phone and maybe a meeting for coffee or a drink should be standard.  But, we all know that it's not.  Time is of the  essence and we all have so little of it.  I guess I am the kind of person who likes to know who the provider is and what makes her the person she is.

There are providers who don't have the time to invest in a "pre-approval" meeting with a client. I've seen some providers advertise half-hour sessions for those clients who have to get back to work after the mini-session, usually from 11-2. Soooo, if the provider is rushing guys through the production line at a two-per-hour clip, when does she get time to get herself cleaned up between "customers"? Where's the hygiene? Is it just a wet towel between the legs, with a deodorant spray, til the next guy knocks on the door?
I'm sorry, I don't want to be in that line. If the lady comes with good reviews, and she wants to impress her client, she'll need to take time to shower, do her makeup, etc. I'd rather pay for two hours, and know that the lady is clean, and that she has taken the time to be sexually attractive There are ladies who will only take one or two clients a day. That's my kind of girl. I wouldn't try to see a lady who is doing 6-8 guys a day.
When a girl is just starting in the business, she'll often sign up with an agency, and we all know what the agencies demand of these girls, 8-10 clients a day, five days a week, and only five days, if the girl is lucky.

My 'gut instinct' has lost me many $$$ that I could have spent on ladies that are worth it- I love to patronize new ladies, but for the cost I've found it to be very risky- unfortunate but true.  Over the last two months alone, even with reviews, the 4 times I've tried new ladies, I've been disappointed.  Though at first TOFTT seemed the cost of doing business and an 'oh well' type of situation, lately the cost in money and time and disappointment most of all has been too high...

I agree with you on all your points- for my regulars, I go for two hours all the time.  But on a new provider that you don't know?  That takes TOFTT to a new level- one that I don't like.

I personally can not get ready mentally or physically unless I have the proper amount of time during and between "playtimes".  I know what it takes for myself to space out the meeting properly and if it works for me, then that's what matters.  I'm committed to staying low volume.  Just what in the world can you do in 30 mins.??  I have never, ever had anyone who didn't linger over the time....so really, it's as though that client wants a longer time, right?  but not pay for a longer time when they linger.  If the client abuses the time; then they post reviews that a provider is a "clockwatcher" - a no win situation for the provider

Let's say that this provider does 10 or 12 a day. Where the hell is the emotion, the passion, or interest?? The woman becomes nothing more than a piece of meat or worse.
O.K. let's get back to the frequency, 10-12 a day. At a special rate of 125.for a half hour, the provider will make $1250 to $1500.not to mention the wear and tear on her body and her psyche! I wouldn't want to go near a girl like that for a two hour session.
I like and love the lady that I see. We never spend less than two hours together... there's never any rush, just a lot of laughter, story-telling, kissing, hugging, nuzzling,and, of course a great deal of sex mixed in!! Wouldn't you guys and gals say that that's what it's all about. Signed "Alfie"

If I lived in or near ATL, there are providers whom I know and whom I do see over and over. And there are others whom I've come to know through discussions on this board and through PMs, and I know that I could do a 2hr session without even reading one of their reviews, and it would be money well-spent.

I don't want one of those shallow "sex kittens"..... Ahhhh, I just discovered the difference between a "woman" and a "Saturday nite special". Actually I knew all the time, but this is much more illustrative.

Alexis,baby, you have the right attitude..."what can I do in 30 min". You know and I know that one of us may "get off" but where is the feeling? There are a lot of guys out there, especially the younger ones, who could save a buck or two and get off with a XXX movie and a lubed hand.

Agree 30 minutes is not worth the time or effort.

Istn't the real question 2 hrs with new providers without reviews and you don't know.

One can look at it two ways. One  is the provider is great and another is the provider is looking for one time $$$$ and doesn't want repeat clients.

Remember reading some terrible reviews after a hobbyst spend a grant for two hours.

The risk is definitely high. Many angles to look

i am a 2 hr minimum guy also.....i gave up the 1 hr years ago,of course i can still get 2-3 bangs in that time....never have done or understand the 1/2 hr deals......

It's funny because too many guys say "no chemistry" and it is all put on the provider.  Ask yourself, was your breath sooooo bad that she just got turned off?  Or did you take a shower before seeing her?  You want the girls to take care of themselves and be clean but I also suggest that you do the same.  Some guys say that they just took a shower but they smell very bad and that just takes away from the mood.

So before you say "NO CHEMISTRY" make sure you examine yourself first.

I'm long past the high volume provider as well, just won't go there anymore, and its been years..  

I've searched high and low for the lady Alfie describes in his last paragraph, someone I can see for 2-3 hours on a weekly basis, at a reasonable contribution to the rent, and where she can feel comfortable and safe with me, and I with her.  A needle in haystack, but I am pleased to know she exist and there is chemistry!  AWESOME!
