I'm speaking for her because she asked me to as a friend.  She's very upset that Tryst hasn't done anything about her ad being hijacked.  She's not on TER and claims she's never seen any reviews.
She's a super nice woman and she deserves better than having her reputation ruined by a fake poster.

Tryst has already fixed whatever the problem was with her phone number. They are pretty quick (48-72 hours). That seems reasonable.

Its super fast and easy for a lady to sign up on TER and claim her review profile. In fact, its far easier to sign up here than it is to sign up to post ads on Tryst. It seems strange that she would not know that she has 3 pages of reviews here going back five years. Surely you told her about the reviews you wrote? Either way, she definitely knows about TER now, so hopefully she will sign up.
