I posted this question a few months ago under a different title and I wanted to try again by being more specific. I received a few responses. Recently, a provider whom I am becoming very close to brought up the idea of taking a short trip together. We see each other every 4-6 weeks. She is semi-retired with another job. She no longer has an active website, P 411, or TER profile.  Also, she refers to me as her “favorite client”  We have not discussed specifics of the trip yet but this conversation is coming up soon.

For the providers out there what kind of package would you offer a client whom you see on a regular basis and are fond of? Her hourly rate is $600.  Of course I know that this will vary from provider to provider. The trip I have in mind is 2-3 days and will involve driving. This conversation might be a little awkward and I want to be prepared.
