So I went to see the Blue man Group last night. What a great show! Have any of you  others seen it? It was hillarious! How many of you guys like to take your favorite lady to see stuff like this? I find that a good dinner and a good show only makes for a great energy flow and therefore makes the rest of the night a blast! So many people like to go to the strip clubs etc.. I DO LOVE sex clubs but it is also very refreshing to have a somewhat normal date before heading to the bedroom. AND YES the sex after the show was incredible! lol
Do you gents enjoy taking your favorite lady to such events or would it be to risky to run into someone you know? I sat there last night and wondered if any of the TER community was there lol
Damn that would be fun to run into another "couple" and go for some after show fun!

While I enjoy a show like Blue man group or Miss Siagon or something like that with a civvie date I doubt I would pay to take a provider to something similar.

or theater for that matter, it is risky to run into someone I know
Besides if the providers are sexily/sensually clad (and most probably they will be otherwise the date is dull), so taking one to the show will invite unwanted attention even if BMG was performing in...let's say Uganda where no one knows me.

I've had a lady let me know when there's a show coming she wants to see. I'll take her to the show (and dinner if she wants) OTC and pay for two hours after, but I can't really pay for a show and company.

It is fun to have someone join me for dinner, shows, etc. when traveling. There are so many shows in towns like Vegas and it's not fun seeing them by yourself!

so just in case you run into people you know, it will appear as if you each came separately to the show and just happened to sit next to each other

Yes it wouldnt have been near as fun if I had been alone. Then after I would had to have rubbed one out myself! lol Evening out appts are great for the traveling gentleman IMO If a guy IS from here I can definitely understand not wanting to go out for fear of being seen.

This seems to be what most gents are preferring nowdays and I can totally understand that considering you are paying for tickets, parking, food.... Gets expensive I am sure!
For the married guys I am sure it would just be a bundle of nerves for you all especially if you are in your hometown.
I think concerts would be great for this because it would be easy to slip away IF you ran into someone you knew but for the married guys well I dont think it would be worth the risk unless your out of town.
