I personally did not find your email offensive nor inappropriate. I felt as if you were just trying to make sure eveyone was going to have a good time.

Most guys will be happy to see as many ladies show up as possible so make it as convenient for them as you can. We don't want to create booking conflicts for you/agencies or them.

I've gotten into the habit of clearing out the "To:" field of most emails I write before I do anything else. If I'll need the addresses I paste them into Notepad or Text Edit. That way if I hit "Send" my mistake the message doesn't go anywhere. I do this at home, work, and play.

I learned this the hard way when writing a reply to an email from my boss -- I sent it way before I meant to.
