They went away because admin stopped them when the Photo only board went active. Ladies aren't allowed to post photos of themselves on any board (other than ad board and photo board) as TER considers it an ad.
Occasionally TER would announce a photo theme day and allow them for that day and theme only. They did this even after the photo board became a thing. How about contacting Admin and request they start them up again.
