I wish more guys would write reviews on the not so perfect appts..and the no shows... that way so many guys would not be complaining about the same providers doing the same thing all the time.. I tell them they should post somewhere so that other guys can get a heads up on what to expect..

I am really stumped on this one - I especially don't know how to rate her looks since I never saw her in person :)
I am of the opinion that a rip-off review should be posted so no else has to lose their deposit money. Your thoughts?

Post the review anyway you like, but I would not post it as a rip-off seeing that you never saw her, the only thing you lost was time.

That's not true - I paid a deposit, so I lost money. To me, that seems like a rip-off.

Well.....being that you did loose money...it is a rip-off so you should post it as such, because she did not hold up to her end of the bargin.

I would suggest you submit a review, but at the very least I would post a message here and on TBD.

Thanks,

I guess the issue I have here is that I paid a deposit - there is no way to get the money back. I have an email telling me where to send the money, confirmation the money was received, and emails making and confirming an appointment. The only thing I really can't prove is that she didn't show and won't return calls or emails. Should I just go ahead and name names on the discussion board and leave it at that? If $$ means that much to this person, so be it. I'll just chalk it up to experience. And i believe in karma...

I guess this is the reason I won't send a deposit to anyone I don't already know. Of course if I already know them a deposit shouldn't be required. Sorry about your experience, I have had a couple no shows in the 3 years, usually when I haven't made some type of back up arrangement. By back up I mean a contact NOT two appointments. I don't want to call someone a 8 PM that I have had no previous contact with, not good for all concerned.

Just post here friggin name here and let it be over.  This is turning into a huge thread of soap opera.  Tell everyone who the cow is and be done with it.  If the Gestapo that runs this board doesn't like it, they will remove the post.  They are not shy about that in the least and it takes an act of God to get a review posted.  This is like a relationship with Delta, they believe themselves to be Gods gift to you.  Yes I have a lot of built of attitude to these mulletheads.  Except for you, of course, Thirst.

For a minute there, I was deeply hurt. ;)

The question to be asked; did the staff post the policy before the deposit ripoffs started.

May be there should be a section specifically for RIPOFFS!

While ago there was post somebody taking the money, going to their car and didn't come back.

I think this gives some new providers a bad name and hobbysts probably thinking twice or thrice before calling them.

The established and lovely Atlanta providers exempted from this little comment!

Hell, post her name and information here as well. Hit her pocket just like she hit yours!

I tried to post a no-show review of Nadia a while back, and it was rejected. This certainly didn't seem right, but when I questioned it, the TER staff response was thus: "We do not post reviews of no shows but you can use the discussion boards to let other members know about what occurred."  So, in the spirit of compliance to TER Staff instructions, here goes:

--------------------------------------------
Provider's Name: Nadia
City: Atlanta
Location: extended stay hotel
Provider's Full Phone Number: (803) 467-4913
Provider's Website: nadia4ualways.com

Date of non-Visit: Oct 2003
Overall Attitude: initially pleasant, then absent
Overall Atmosphere: none
Overall Performance: 2 - I should have stayed home

General Details:

I was really looking forward to an invigorating session with a well-reviewed and good-looking provider. Unfortunately, nobody bats 1000, and I guess it was my turn to run into a provider who didn't deliver.

The Juicy Details:

Contact was easy, I called and left message and she returned the call shortly afterwards. We went through the screening process and set up a next-day 5:00 p.m. meeting at her incall location, with plans to call her the next day to get directions.

Next day arrives, so I call at 3:00 p.m. and leave voice-mail, and she calls back within 15 minutes. Given instructions to arrive in the general area of the hotel and then call her to get specific to-the-door directions. Arrived in the area at 4:45 p.m., and called at 4:55 to get directions to the final destination. Got voicemail, and left message and cell number. Called again at 5:00 p.m., same results. And at 5:15. And 5:30. And at 5:45. She never did answer, and she never did call back. Ever. Not to confirm, not to cancel, not to apologize, nothing.

A total waste of my time, my gas, but fortunately, not my hobby funds. If this is what folks call a GFE, then I guess she does remind me of a couple of girlfriends I've known who were also totally selfish and rude, with no respect or consideration for others. I won't be back. Too many other solid choices out there. YMMV.

So there.  And now I feel better.  :o)

ATL-mgr.... thanks for the heads up.
It's happened to me twice. I'm glad I didn't lose any $$ over it! But what a pain in the ass! I know what it is to be left hanging, swaying in the breeze! I later found out that both of these pitiful bimbos were on drugs! I have a hunch that drugs are the main reason for no-shows. Shit, I'm always looking over my shoulder, wondering if I should hyphenate, or not!!
In a way, no-shows maybe are a blow to our egos, to bring us back to reality.
Good night Mrs Calabash, wherever you are.
