It seems the metro area has fewer and fewer latina providers...Half the ones on Eros don't even have reviews which lead me to believe they are fake, bait and switch, etc.
Any ideas for a provider?

If you speak Spanish, it helps, but most are suspicious of Gringo's. Fantastic rates too!

I guess most are UTR like you said, I remember a few years ago there were a lot of agencies.
