So, it's early this morning as my work day began when the phone rings.  I recognized the soft gentle voice on the other end as a sweetheart provider that I used to see frequently.  My spidy sense is on alert because, well you know what unexpected calls usually mean.  But much to my surprise she reminds me of my upcoming birthday and asks if I have any special plans.  As I him haw around, she says well if you don't, I'd be pleased to take you to dinner and afterwards bring you to my place where I'd love to give you the present of my body with all expenses on the house.  Of course I would expect you to bring the wine.  I'm shocked as she offers a few possibilities for date and time.

Just goes to show that sometimes your gut feelings can be completely wrong and there every now and then, you can be pleasantly surprised.   Just felt like mentioning this since it made my day.

For several years now, I've been promising myself my first double. Had it lined up 2 years in a row, and both times it fell thru ( 1 of the providers couldn't make it ). I know one was legit (she retired  after a bad experience) .....the other supposedly car trouble.

Nothing better then the unexpected all expense paid birthday lay.
Had that happen once or twice. I think!  Lol

I got a surprising phone call yesterday morning from an real good retired friend, saying she missed me and want a non provider date. so, now I have to put together a time and place to make this happen.
Haven't seen her in years and I know I will enjoy our date..

I got a call this morning from one of the alltimers around here, amazing reviews, great Board persona, universally well liked; seems she'd bought a gross of Magnums after our first meeting several years back in anticipation of seeing me again and again.  (We had great chemistry from the word go.)

Well, we'd only ever gotten around to a couple more meetings, and she called to tell me the giant box of Magnums was making her think about me, so could I please come over every day through Halloween to work our way through them.  No charge.

Sort of made my day, too, so I feel where you're coming from.  Thanks for sharing.
