I'd love to establish a relationship with an Atlanta agency, but am concerned about my personal information being disclosed, whether voluntarily or involuntarily.  I'm sure this is a common question, so I apologize in advance if it's repetitive, but I'd greatly appreciate if one of the agencies could answer the following questions:

1.  What information will I need to furnish an agency the first time?
2.  How can I be reasonably assured that the information is not written down somewhere where it can be discovered?
3.  If the info is not written down, how will the agency know its me if I rebook?  Do I use a handle?
4.  Similarly, how could I use them as a reference?

Sorry for the newbie questions.

A lot of "reputable" agencies.  
I prefer indies because you generally
get a more intelligent and giving girl.

but
with an agency you only have to give your info one time.  Do they keep it?  Of coarse all though they will all tell you no, but its nothing to get parinoid about.

you could also try calling the agency/ies you're interested in and asking them
