The guidelines say they must offer these services. But so many reviews are 10's with- do not know- by the services -how is that.. As long she was a 10 to you that is all that matters. I have given a number of 10,s - that in the old days would never have passed TER inspection. But I am sorry if you were there, they were 10,s.
Recently posted a review for a lovely lady. gave her a 9/10 score and was rejected by admin. As discussed there were three options available for her to be eligible;
1. She is Bi
2. Anal Sex,
3. More than One Guy
Here is a very key part of the rule: Her maximum eligible score is based on what is offered, not what is taken. You may or may not be interested in the “extra” services she has, but the fact that she offers them makes her eligible for the higher score.
So one may not necessary have to engage in the act, only confirming that she provides the service suffices. The OP may give her the score as far as he indicated that she offers the services in his review.
Coming back to my review, I asked is she offers anal (I asked her this after the session for the review). She said she never did and there seems to be hesitation she will do anytime soon. Didn't even want to ask more than one guy option as I cant imagine myself doing that (well at least for a foreseeable future, lol). My only other option for a 10 performance was selecting "really bi". Well I know and I have discussed with her about scheduling a double. So she offers double, but I can't convince myself of selecting "really bi" before the double session. What if she doesn't like kissing or even touching her friend during the double? then she is not really bi, is she? It would have been a different story if she had previous reviews confirming that, but with only one review before me, I decided not to.
For that reason alone, I finally changed the score from 9/10 to 10/9, which still gives her 9.5 avg, though it would give a different perspective to the guys reading the reviews.
