They say guys peak at 18. I really don't think I slowed down for a long time after that. But I'm getting older now, and I can definitely feel a difference.

As you get older, it takes longer to recharge the batteries between rounds. It's physiological.
I believe that when they say men peak sexually at age 17, it has to do with frequency, not staying power (any guy at any age can visualize Nancy Grace during sex and keep from finishing for quite a while).
