My best guesstimate/wild ass guess is that there are thousands of professional ladies in the Atlanta MSA. Most DONT have a TER presence. Possibly she's decided not to have a TER presence. Possibly something else. I have no idea.

TER has a fairly recent policy that you must have received a review in the last XX days to be listed in that ranking. Although she has one in January, it may be that she has passed that threshold. Her profile is still active.
