Jaclyn's probably busy paying back all that money she borrowed to get out of the slammer last March. After all, she PROMISED to pay us all back, right?

I'm not going to speak for Monica but I can tell you this; Monica was trying to help someone she thought was genuine and in need of help. She stuck her neck out for someone and was taken advantage of much like you.

Jaclyn won't be paying anyone back anytime soon. She's back in the clink. I don't know anything else but I can tell you she ain't getting out anytime in the forseeable future.

Well I hope I have finally learned my lesson. If I asked someone to help me or another, It is my resposibility to repay what I asked for, therefor I feel that the least Monica could have done months ago was to answer my e-mail/PM's. This whole incident has soured my outlook on life. I have given many in the past, and have not expected nor asked for a return or a payback, but when up front, Monica said either she or Jak would pay me back, then I expected it. O'well, live and learn, I am more upset that no offer or contact was made to my inquiries, hell I would have worked it out in trade, after all, I am a client. Jolee is doing something else and having a great time of it I am sure.  Love her but could only understand half her stream of consciousness dialog.

If you contributed to Jaclyn, she appreciated it.  If you gave, it was a gift.  Never loan money to a friend.  Give it to them as you have done (willingly or not.)  If they are feeling generous and thankful some day, perhaps you will get it back.

Don't pretend to loan and then bitch about it.  If you really want to loan, ask for current financials or compete with the Gambinos.  Neither has a good future.

But you're old enough to know thet basic rule:
Do not "loan" strangers what you cannot give (without exception). Doesn't matter what type or how many sessions you had she apparently didn't value or respect your relationship to the same degree you did.  This is all about her greed, deceit, and insensitivity , not your grace and chivalry. Don't waiver, have a good weekend.

I have to say I appreciate how wonderful and kind everyone was to Jackie unfortunentelly I was lied to and did NOT know the real reason why she was in jail.  I was so quick to jump to her rescue and try to help her because she did the same for Me when I got arrested last year.

Jimmy, first of all I NEVER told anyone I would personally pay them back, I told everyone what Jackie said and that was she would pay them back some way.  Unfortunentlly her lies and scheme put her right back where she started.  Second of all My old email address and instant messenger username are no longer active.  If you needed to get in touch with Me I am not that hard to find, just ask Ms. B She knows where am all the time (wink).  I for one gave a huge chunk to help her out as well, and there is no reason for Me to sweat it now.  It's like gambelling and I realized the chances I took when I put My $$$ in.  I apologize and wish I knew what to tell you.  perhaps helping her was a mistake, but I will never ignore a Ladies cry for help, I will always take the chance to help someone in need.  I know what it feels like to sit in jail for 7 days! And thanks to My family and Jackie they did what they could to get Me out as quick as possible.  Jackie has made a mistake and so have I and I learned from that, but like I said I am not going to be bitter to anyone who needs help because of this one incident.  Thankyou for helping jimmy when help was needed.

There was no pretending, stated very plainly that it was a loan, which I have done for others and have been paid back. So do not tell me I do not have the right to "bitch".It was all in good faith as Monica was well respected in the circle.

I have one or two rules about 'loaning' money.  First, if it is to a friend, I never go into it with the intention of ever getting the money back.  If its a friend, I 'loan' the money and simply tell them "repay it when, and if, you can".  If they don't repay it for one reason or another, they remain my friend because it was given to help them out, not because I expected to make a profit or to even break even.  To do otherwise would be fooling myself and losing a friend over something other than a moral issue. Sometimes I'm surprised when eventually that person comes to me and actually repays the loan.  That moves them up a notch on my "friendship ladder".  Sometimes I'm not surprised when I'm not paid back, but that doesnt move them down on the "friendship ladder", just on the "list of people to not give money to it unless its for a life threatening reason".

My other rule about loaning money is to people who have a business venture that sounds interesting.  In that case, I have my attorney draw up a contract with all the bases covered, and take their little asses to court if they don't pay up  
Oh, and there are very substantial penalties built into the contract if they don't pay up when they are supposed to.

I don't feel as I am the "escape artist".  I don't hide from anyone and as you see, when the topic was brought up it was brought to My attention and I replied.  For those guys who gave to help it was a wonderfull thing.  Unfortunently it was'nt just the guys who gave $$$ there were also quite a few Ladies and you don't see them bitching, like I said, I gave a large chunk Myself the last time I saw or spoke to Jackie was when I gave her the last of the money.  There was extra Donations from people who wanted to give to help her with her bills after she "supposibly" got robbed.  She came to My home the day after and picked up the rest of the $$$ that I had, and that was the last time I spoke to her or saw her.  For those who gave you know I wrote down your email address, names and or phone numbers which I also gave her so she could keep in touch with everyone who helped out.  I did My part and do not feel I am indebted to anyone.  It was Jackie who did not follow through with her end of the bargan so do not put blame on Me for trying to help out someone who lied to all of us.  I am also a victim who gave more then what most people did.  I am not trying to paint Myself out as a martyr, and like I said if anyone needs help I am going to help them.  I will give anyone the benefit of the doubt I am always willing to take the chance and thats just the type of person I am.  If I get screwed I know and learn from it, but I don't make the same mistake twice.

I found Jaclyn to be a very sweet, kind, and genuine person; and until I learn otherwise, I will continue to believe that. I truly believe there are things going on behind the scenes, and that there are person(s) who contributed to her current situation.

I'm sure Jacln will make good on her promise to pay; but I doubt it will be anytime soon.  I just hope the gents remember what kind of a woman she was in this industry, and keep her in your thoughts...
