Congrats TL   In my younger years when I saw grandparents with their grandchildren and if those kids were terrors it didnt phase them a bit and I would think "What the hell is the big deal about those bratty grandkids?"   Until I had my own. My analogy I think says it all... "If my own kid robbed a bank I would have to call the police. But if my GRANDAUGHTER robbed a bank.. I'm driving the getaway car"  Good Luck.. So... what do you want him to call you? Gramma? Nana?
