Just wondering with the screening process - I was an old BP person (mainly massage) but have stepped up my game recently and gone the agency route. I have found one awesome agency that I really like. I think I prefer an agency (just seems safer to me - don't shoot the messenger), however, if a girl has a lot of reviews I would definitely see an Indy. My question - some indy's won't see me because I haven't seen an Indy before. Is there anyway around that? I feel like saying Trust Me! - but I know that wont get me very far!

Nothing wrong with asking a question, but you might want to consider taking a little initiative on your own.    RECENT input on your question has been posted several times.  Click on Search button towards top of this forum.  Type in "screening" (without quotations.)  You will find several related posts on the subject.

The indy you want to see needs a reference from someone you have been with. No matter how many agencies you have been to, you have not been intimate with the agency owner, screener or phone person. They have taken your money but do not know how you are. Its no offence just no first hand knowledge.

Some indies will accept reference from well known agencies, some don't. You just might have come across someone who doesn't. Also, keep in mind that some of the indies today worked for agencies yesterday.

You can get screwed by both, there is no hard fast rule on that either.

So, if are in the game, expect and prepare for both.
