I'm posting this here because there have been a couple of banning/delisting as of late and EVERYONE wants string up the moderator.  I'm tired of answering PMs...

I am as clueless as you are when it comes to reasons why a certain provider was banned or why a certain agency was delisted.  Sometimes, the admins will tell us lil 'ol mods, other times, we are just left in the dark like the rest of you.

Hope that clears things up and in the future if you wish to know why someone was banned, you're better off asking an admin.
