Don't know you, never met you. I respect your opinion and decision, even though I do not agree with it completely. A lot of things you say I can agree with, but my approach is different. I tend to ignore the useless drama (useless as defined by me, that is). I believe that withdrawal seldom solves anything, but it sometimes does avoid us from getting burned. I wish you well in whatever you decide.

It is time for me to say goodbye, to my current handle, and most importantly to the Atlanta discussion and review board of TER.
 
I am simply tired of what collectively we have become, and the degeneration of our our board character only seems to be accelerating.  I cannot allow myself to become this level of person.  so I am terminating this handle, will create a new identity for use in other cities, and leave behind this.
 
Honestly, I miss the days when the worst a member had to fear in participating in Atlanta's hobby market was a NSNC, when ROB ment Rip Off Bitch with a grab and go, a boring session (sorry ladies, usually with me but I did pay well to share the time), the occassional heated Fuck You (yes GAG, I will pay the royalty at the bar later), and every now and then a flare up between agencies and thier respective white nights.  I liked it best, when the atlanta board was about Thigh's and Sigh's and the teasing hope of a good lay. 
 
I will be real honest, I would even like to revert to the time when the worst we dealt with on this site was AwCrap being bluntly, brutally honest with his/her/it's opinion to point of offensive rudeness to the ladies. While AwCrap lacked grace and style, at least the individual accepted any fallout and owned the outcome, and actually tried to add value to the board.
 
Now, we have allowed ourselves to become a community where the rights of victims and accused get trampled in mob blood lust of character assassination and private vengence driven agendas; providers get threatened by anal rape from other providers/agencies protection details just for expressing an opinion; incall girls get thug visits - tied up - pistol whipped - robbed; agencies terrorize their own ladies with late night thug visits for 'training'; agency owners out their clients - post false statements - and seek to hurt members of the community who do not agree with them; and members have multiple handles to attack anyone for any reason, to avoid risk of having their alias flipped. 
 
I really do not like the threats I have received the last few days, for insisting individual rights be protected (victim AND accused).  Why would any of you want to associate with this community and live with this risk?
 
In the wild west, a strong sheriff could contain a lynch mob with courage and swift application of justice.  We once had that on this board, we had rules, expectations, and strong members could stand up with their moderators and demand correct behaviour from each other. 

Now we have a weak and shallow figurehead, a Scarface Wannabee and his Little Pfriend - "Just Say'n" - my impression not "accus'n" 'bro', I have no rumors to share from anonomous sources, unfortunately these are my own impressions of the character of our board leadership and their gang of favorite dramahria thugs.  ( I LOL to myself, and have placed a private bet that this paragraph gets moderated away - any takers?) 
 
One member, one voice, one reviewer does not matter.  This I know.  My absence will neither hurt, help, or even be noticed on this board.  Again, there was another time, where the community would have actually cared about that, as well

If you leave, you are not around to help make it better from your point of view.  If its not worth it to keep your hand in for change, then so be it.  But your post didn't sound like it isn't worth it to you.  I don't begrudge anyone's position, opinion, or point of view - I may disagree, but I think everyone should be able to express themselves.  Whoever is giving you a hard time is winning if you leave IMHO.

BTW, I've reactivated my VIP for PM's if anyone is interested.  I missed quite a few earlier.

I must admit that I was taken aback by the issues that were on the board before. I was totally lost by what was going on, and stayed out of it.

I am from SC and don't get to atlanta as often as i would like, but I have never had a bad experience since I have been making the road trip every so often. I don't have many reviews because I wasn't a player that often, but I do go back a couple years. My first experience in the hobby was with Atlanta's little firecracker, Kerri. To say that was an experience is an understatement, and each trip to Atlanta has been a blast. I say this to remind the people here that you have a great entertainment board. Yes, there is drama, but it is also far more active than the Carolina's board. I will keep coming to Atlanta every so often, and having fun. I enjoy reading this board, and hope it continues to be a fun place to hang out.

I have been off and on the board for a similar period of time and I would agree with the general categorization.  I am not really troubled by the topics as much as I am the way people choose to debate them.  Points can be made without demeaning other parties.  Frankly some of the discourse has become so sophmoric I feel I am in a high school locker room instead of a board for adults.  The good thing about this is you can always walk away.

So advisor take a break don't severe the tie.

I've been remiss in keeping up my end of the deal Mister Advisor.  I promise that if you stick around, I'll post annoying shit at least a couple times each week.  I was in Thailand for some R&R and I've been reinvigorated with a new case full of piss & vinegar.  Please let me make it up to you.

Your choice. Difference of opinion is what makes the board. I do not post often and the most I have posted in one thread was when a provider posted an inaccurate account of what happened and asked other girls to PM her. (BTW-you were one of the first to impugn me unjustly...but, it is your opinion or white knightism and I fully support your right to express it.) I do however believe the board has value to a lot of us from a provider resource and hobby group in general. I dislike a lot of the threads and the way they are taken over by some zealots, but I also can quit reading when I want. I will not let a few ruin it for those who choose not to post often. One of the reasons I do not post is my dry sense of humor tends to come across as literal when put into the written word and I for one do not want to have to explain it. I will say I have always responded to PM's sent to me by various members on the board to provide whatever help or insight I can.

I will quit rambling, but good luck. Opinions will be missed. I do think the mods are doing the best to interpret the right of free speech on the board. I agree it is a fine line, but again change comes from within. You could always be a mod if you feel strongly about it.

Hate to see anyone leave because of the actions of a few.  Hope you reconsider.  That being said I monitor this board from Minnesota and believe this board is very very tame compared to what the MN board has become.  The MN board has managed to run off the most important part of their the communtiy, THE LADIES, it is now  aboard of lazy guys who want to know about the BP girls without even doing any research themsevles.  I actually most of the discussions on this board and there are not the brutal battles that take place on other boards.  I wish you well sir but hope you decide to stay.

You guys have been bitching about the guy that ruined the board for ages.  If you really want people to believe it's true, you have to stick to the same name.  Used to be me before Tude.  It will be someone else next.  You should go back to watching Leave it to Beaver reruns.  There was no drama back in those good old days.

I actually always read your posts with mutual understanding. I will miss you when you are gone. These threads happen.. It will be forgotten next week. Dont abandon us.. Make us Improve instead!

You might have the mods or admin help attach your reviews to your new handle as you continue your TER life with a different name.  Such a large number of reviews gives cred.

Since I posted my thread, in fact I've seen a bunch of members trying to lighten the board and repair hard feelings.

You're certainly not alone but your back channels already made you aware of that I'm sure.  I usually find myself agreeing with most of your philosophical comments over the years, but not all of them LOL.  On this, I disagree and don't think it will ever be forgotten.  I'd rather have 1000 Mr. Awcrap's than even one Mr. Tude.  We may find activity on the board, but the trust we all once enjoyed and our faith in fairness on the board is probably lost forever.  So, yes it is sad but I never say never because sometimes karma does work in mysterious ways.  I hate seeing true friends throw in the towel but I certainly understand his choice.

This board went to hell a long time ago.  What do you expect when so many dysfunctional people
come together on an internet forurm.  There are some VERY ROTTEN people here that I for one have no interest in hearing from or meeting in person.  

That being said there are some decent people here as well.
