A good suggestion which one provider follows is to have the hobbiest place the envelope somewhere obvious and then excuse himself to go to the bathroom.  Waiting a few minutes to return would give adequate time to check the contents and put it away.

Hello everyone!!

Just a note to let everyone know that I will have availability for the remainder of the week in the Atlanta area. I am still on limited e-mail access, so the best way to contact me is to simply give me a call at (404)822-4041.

On a more negative note, I am sad to share a bad experience I encountered over Labour Day weekend.

A man gave me a call, telling me he was travelling to Atlanta from Savannah, and was looking for a companion while he was in town. According to him, he visits providers rather regularly, and did not hesitate to give me references. Unfortunately, it was rather short notice, so I was not able to get in touch with references..and so I used my "alternate" screening process, asking for some personal information, and to see identification when he arrived at my incall location.

I really should have trusted my intuition, as something seemed a bit "off" about this individual...he made an issue of not wanting to park his car in my parking lot, and that he found it odd that nobody is allowed access to my building unless I come outside and let them in. In retrospect, I realise he was likely simply concerned about me seeing his car and/or license plate number. But, at the time, I chalked it up to "some people are a bit eccentric"...he gave me a story about coming to Atlanta with a friend in the car, and his friend was going to have lunch at a nearby restaurant and then come back to pick him up. I found it odd, but not the weirdest thing I've ever heard.

This individual was a very kind, respectful person to visit with, and halfway through our meeting, suggested we get lunch at a restaurant down the street. We walked down the street, and I went in the restaurant, while he supposedly went to his car to retreive something. Of course, he never came back, and after a few minutes I felt very suspicious, and went back to my apartment to phone him. I checked the "donation envelope" he'd left, only to discover $11 inside, in one dollar bills. I called the cell phone he'd called me from, only to get a message that the "wireless customer could not be reached". Later in the day, the phone was working again, but I was for some reason not directed to voicemail. I've,of course, not been able to reach this person since.

If anyone is contacted by an individual who uses this particular story, or parts of it...please be extra careful. If you contact me, I can provide more specific information.

I suppose I should consider myself fortunate. I am, by nature, a kind and trusting person...and I always think that "karma" serves me well in life. This is the first negative experience I've had in the time I've been in this business, and the first time I've ever had reason to feel more on-guard with people who contact me. It makes me a bit sad; I've always trusted my intuition to keep me out of such situations, and I should have listened to my first instincts. I only hope that this individual is not able to pull this scam on other providers in the future...and fully believe that we all get the things back that we put out there in the world.

If this person happens to be reading this, I hope you realise that you are not only hurting yourself, but the entire community, in this despicable, self-centred behaviour. I am only glad that people such as this are the minority, and not the standard, of treating others with the kindness and respect they deserve.

*Hugs*,

Sorry to hear about your problems.  I was wondering about your reviews listed on TER, I couldn't find any??  Help me out!!  You are very beautiful, do you have anymore pics than the few on your site??  Thanks, Poontainer

I am very sorry to hear about what had happened to you over the labour day weekend, I have had a similar experience the first couple of weeks that I had started in the business, only had gone all the way to Savannah to meet the gentlemen.  Nothing was lost but itme and effort, and maybe a little bit of pride as well, but I am wiser for the experience.  I do hope that we can put enough warnings out for the other girls to "beware" of this individual.  Should we or are we allowed to post the name her gave us?...
Sherie ( AKA Bondetoplay)

Sorry to hear what happened to you...Even though he was an a** u never post a clients or providers personal info...Back channel the info to everyone........

That is weird. Im not questioning what you say but I have a question. You dont have to answer it.  You said "...halfway through our meeting, suggested we get lunch at a restaurant down the street. We walked down the street..." Is that normal to ask a provider that? If I am "done" halfway through my appointment, I either stay put as happy as can be or I simply leave. But I admit that I am not as creative as most people and I never think of things like that. Anyways, be careful... everyone.

I seem to remember some other provider being scammed in this same way.  I can't remember if it was on teh national or Atlanta board though.  If you can find it it might be interesting to talk to the other provider.

that way, both me and the lady know how much the donation is, and then it puts the ball in the lady's court to control the time. (I don't mind "clock watchers", cause I also work in a profession where I'm paid by the hour, and I definitely have some clients where I bill less than the time I spend working for them, and others where, to quote "The Firm", they get billed "if I so much as think about them".)

I've had two snafus with donations - one that was easy to fix, and the other that wasn't - and both would have been avoided if the lady had checked the donation before we got started.

Glad you are OK. Some of the things should have been suscpicious. E.g. If someone, is concerend about parking their car in a designated parking lot giving the excuse that someone who knows him would rcognize his car or tag is lame.

In Atlanta, with million cars, if somone recognizing a TAG meas that, people looking for the person is LE.

Afterall the person knows where he is going from the direction and address, if the person is that popular in the area, he should set up an out call.

There was lot red flags.

Be careful out there.

Always some jerk out there with a some scam

Ok; not to be curt; but this guy has been doing this for months now....It's been posted all over the boards...

I'm sure it's the same gent...His car and several names have gone around dozens of times...

Please backchannel with his name if you like, and I'll let you know if it is the same gent; and what info I have on him...

There is a DNS list that's been compiled, and that is only for those gents who are very rough, rip-offs, and otherwise unsavory in other aspects...

Be safe; and check your references...the time you would have spent checking references would have saved you the trouble....

Play Safe,

Sofia

P.S.  There are many of us here who watch out for each other...use that to your advantage...it helps all of us...

Yes there are many of us who do watch out for one another but in regards to the references that does not always hold true.....Some girls do not want to give references or some are working with LE and allowing the cops to use their names as references...Again its a shame that we as providers do not watch out for each other because in the end this is what happens among other things...

When I was young, I would head north to Montreal to see a stripper named Angelique. If you are from the north country, and I guess that you are, because of the way you spell certain words, would you have assumed your stage name based on the writings of and about that lady? I am not implying that you are old enough to know her, but rather know of her.
