It has been a long while since I have posted, but since several ladies have graced us in Regional Theme Thread above, I thought I should contribute too. No worries though, I have no intention of posting a pic, hard enough looking in the mirror most days.
Some suggestions and comments about NURU.
Why not pick a lady that already specializes in NURU? Do a search or ask. Several very well thought of ladies now seem to offer a NURU session or something similarly close enough. Perhaps one of them can hook you up with where they purchase the stuff if they themselves are not your cup of tea. Another option is ask this provider you have lined up if she can get the stuff sent to her, i.e. use her address? Personally, I would plan on paying her for the added expense up front, but without knowing the particulars, you just need to use your own common sense on what will work for you (and her.) Years ago, I did a search and ordered online. But I have not done such a search lately.
I gather you are are aware that many substances are being marketed as NURU. So to properly answer you question, you need to know if the session will involve real (traditional) NURU or some substance marketed as NURU. Real Nuru is a seaweed-based extract and is very slippery. It is at least a two-step process to make up. Which takes some added prep time. Additionally, it goes rancid over time so it usually needs to be made up shortly before the appt. The last downside is that traditional NURU is harder to shower off.
Because of these limitations, I know of no ATL lady using traditional NURU; however I have no doubt that I will be corrected on this if I am wrong

There is a lotion marketed as NURU which is easier to wash off, easier to clean up and is almost as good with facilitating body slide motions. It even gets slicker the wetter it gets (within reason of course.) Before anyone thinks I am bashing their NURU sessions, from the reviews I have read where a lady has offered a NURU session, it appears most guys receiving could care less if the substance used was traditional NURU or something else.
No matter which type of substance is used, any NURU-type session is quite messy and gets cold real quick on the skin. I also prefer an inflatable mattress to just the floor, but I am old and brittle. My practical side says go to a dollar store and get a vinyl mattress cover too. You are going to spend $200 and up for the session, what is a couple of bucks more if it helps make it more comfortable for both of you? Makes for easier cleanup too. My rule of thumb - I'd want the surface on which I am laying to help with the slide, not give me rug burns.
Hope this helps. Like everything else in the hobby, with the right lady such a session will live you smiling for days.
