I've known Ella long enough to know she is kind of a private person and not terribly fond of public conversations about her private life, at least ones that she did not start. In fact I would say that is true for most of the ladies here. It seems a no brainer to me? It's a respect thing.
Have you reached out to her assistant, Miss G? If so, and have not gotten a response, you may consider that you might be blocked. If that is the case, even if she is back you might have a hard time scheduling. If she sees this thread I'd say your chances just became very slim.
I'm sure she will make an announcement or reach out to a few regulars and give them the green light to share when she is ready. Then gradually you will probably see her advertising again. Until then I would say your best bet is to let her have her privacy.
No totally understand and I always admire her and her privacy . I have not reached out to her booking agent yet as am not in town yet . But truly understand and appreciate your thoughts here .
