I have been a TER member for three years just checking things out. I would like to to step out of my shell and find a provider that will see newbies.

Not likely anyone is going to see you if you cannot be verified.  I would suggest P-411 or datecheck as starters.

You can call some of the agencies here on TER which are all excellent and provide top notch services.  They all have their own screening procedures which are not difficult at all.  You will need some background information including a job # in order for the agencies to verifiy you.  I went through this several years back (I think about 5 to 6 years ago) and I got one agency (I won't name on here, you can PM me and I will reveal), to screen me, met a great model who blew my mind, REALLY! (read my reviews) and I was on my way and have not been happier in my whole life.

You can find a lot of newbies with the agencies.  PM me and I will give you my impression which agencies provide the best of the young,new, fresh 18-20 year old ladies.

This is a great community, you can get a lot of help and advise from a lot of folks that know a whole lot more than I do.  Remember, play safe, and I would suggest not to deal with BP and other advertising sites where you cannot research providers before you see them.
