I have a friend who is a provider. She has been for some time. She is trying to go independent along with 2-3 of her friends. But the scheduler they hired has proven to be lacking in the skills required. So they need a scheduler who is dependable & will take requests for appointments, get them scheduled & then get things to a successful conclusion in a timely manner.  

Any recommendations...suggestions...volunteers?
