Just wondering has any one ever tried it on say a nice 80ft dive?
It would seem like a real pain with all the gear but cant hurt to ask =)

and when her legs wrap around you and hit that button on your BC it can be quite a suprise.....don't ask me how I know.

oh, and plan on using air at about 3 times your normal rate...so make sure you can still do your safety stop

If your diving 80 feet with your lady enjoy the dive and all that it has to offer as a dive. That's not a place for the one eyed snake to be looking for a place to poke. Enjoy the dive, take her to dinner after you return to shore, and talk about all the wonderful things you have seen. Then, after dinner tell her what you'd like for an after dinner desert and inquire what she would like. And then go for it!

I've wondered about this also, but I think I'd like to try it in a pool first...I think it would be neat...

Once we got balanced out a few feet above the bottom, I think you would be able to put me in any position you wanted...I'm very flexible...

I do have all my gear, minus tanks, and have a very nice underwater camera I've been wanting to use in a regular pool...;-p  I'm sure the photos alone would be enough...

One question, though...How difficult would it be to get a condom on you in that type of environment??

It does sound like fun, and I have been wanting to learn more about how my darn wrist computer works...It has enough tricks to control the weather, it seems like...lol!

I've tried sex in pools and hot tubs before with SO's minus any scuba gear, although as a recently certified diver that added idea is intriguing.

Anyhow, sex in the water is not so great in my experience.  First, the bodies natural lubricant washes away.  

Secondly, one of the laws of physics dictates something to the effect that a body in motion stays in motion until acted upon by another force?  In other words, since the female is "suspended" in water, there is little to no resistance when the male thrusts against her.   He just ends up "pushing" her back through the water with each thrust of his pelvis.  

Also, if you've had the ever popular nightmare where it feels like you are running with all your might and getting no where, well that is much the same way I felt when trying to give my SO the good pounding she deserves.  HAHA!  It is so much more difficult to thrust your body through the heavy resistance of the water, that you get extremely exhausted from each attempt at your seemingly slow motion thrusts.  So the bottom line is you simply cannot give her the good pounding she needs.  

Oh and if you think doing it up against the side and/or bottom of the pool will work, then just think about skinning your knee on concrete and now do that to your private areas!

Lastly, the condom question is a good one because we didn't use one.  HAHA!  I believe one would have to come up with a way to purge the trapped water from the condom which may be easier said than done and/or might damage the condom.  My suggestion: put it on before getting in the pool!

Though been PADA certified for 30 years, I've never tried this.  Just one question...DATY/BJ...how long can you hold your breath.

At 80 ft...no matter if you are in the tropics that water will be very cold, and nuts and all are going to be way too cold...shrinkage.

Aside from drowning, I prefer sex after a hearty dive, shower, and adult beverage at the outdoor bar.
