In terms of disposal, I prefer recycling.  If you mean something non-potable, non-recyclable, then I have no idea.  Maybe a link or some sort of hint as to what you are referencing?

Solicitation cases.... It looks like it got cut out of title in original post

I suspect that depends on the circumstances and how good an attorney one has.  Not entirely sure if you are asking about a specific situation, consequences for those accused or the prosecutorial process in general.  In any event, I really don't have any legitimate input.  Although I will say that it has been my observation that on this forum, anything remotely related to this topic usually is met by the sound of crickets chirping or a doozie of a train wreck.  Hopefully such will not be the case here.

@samt177  The One Truism in Life.....the so called "Legal Justice" system in America is more corrupt than the Mafia. The Mafia wish they could be as wicked.

1st-under no circumstances try to go this alone (too many STUPID people try to represent themselves).
Think about it, a Prosecutor gets promoted by the cases they "WIN"--you're a sitting duck.
(ex-my friends 3rd DUI--wanted to try it alone--I *FORCED* him to get an Attorney--he got less a sentence than a friend with 1st DUI--going it alone.

Since this is Solicitation, something you REALLY don't want on your "Permanent Record"
Search for Georgia Super Lawyers: http://www.superlawyers.com/georgia

A "Super Lawyer" is the best of the best as voted by PEERS.
*ALWAYS* try hire a Lawyer "from" or works a lot in/near the City you were Busted. (since Sandy Springs is not listed). ie. Lawyers Know Judges and Prosecutors, it's all a BS game of trade off.

@samt177 ---Think I found a Lawyers--to ask for a referral.
Bruce Harvey (he's the Dude you always see on T.V.--has Grey Hair..and a Long Greyk Pony Tail)
http://www.bharveylawfirm.com/#bruce
He won't take the case (too small)--However I sure as heck would trust whoever he reco's.

Make sure they SPECIFICALLY LIST part of their Practice is handling Prostitution/Solicitation Cases.

Here is the "Legal" you're up against....if you read closely there's a *LOT* of ways to fight this.

You are FAR from *F'D"--except maybe blowing the Christmas Budget.
---Don't let this sweat/let this ruin your Holiday's---things *WILL* be o.k.,
*IF* you play the game. you'll pay 25% more for a "Super Lawyer" and will get 100% better results.

@CarpeDiemAtl--thanks for the post..I really did laugh out loud---needed that.

Let the Lawyer figure it out, IDEAL--is "Deferred Adjudication"--typically X-time--you stay out of trouble, they never put it on record. *VITAL* part of your  "Deferred Adjudication", the case is *DISMISSED*

"Super Lawyers" know all the tricks

I'm not kidding (example)--I take Zzzquil to sleep at night. One side effect is when it starts to hit--I get "Dopey" send "nonsense" emails to my girl---friends. "Hey, wanna come over, I'm bored, etc."  Just about *ANY* Medication (including Aspirin)--A "Super Lawyer" will figure out a way to get you out.

Like the Lawyer that told my buddy on 3rd DUI--said if you have to Beg, Borrow, Pawn, whatever you gotta do, come up with the funds. Lawyers usually want a split--you put up 1/2 when you hire them and 1/2 X-Weeks before the Court Date.

"Super Lawyer" I know (for a first timer DUI for example)--starts at $5000.

Wiki---Deferred adjudication
*********************
Deferred adjudication is a form of plea deal available in various jurisdictions, where a defendant pleads "guilty" or "No Contest" to criminal charges in exchange for meeting certain requirements laid out by the court within an allotted period of time also ordered by the court.

Upon completion of the requirements, which may include probation, treatment, community service, some form of community supervision, or some other diversion program, the defendant may avoid a formal conviction on their record or have their case dismissed. In some cases, an order of non-disclosure can be obtained, and sometimes a record can be expunged.
*********************

Hey, learned something new---if you recant (at the time of arrest---can be considered (in court)--you never solicited

*********************
In some cases, a person is not liable for solicitation if he or she recants their intention to commit the subsequent crime, and notifies the other person that their request is off the table. Depending on what type of criminal behavior the person was soliciting, recanting might also require notifying the police in order to prevent subsequent criminal conduct from unfolding.
