I apologize if I did not respond back to you.  If you call and leave a voice message, please indicate if it is okay to call you back. I travel to many cities and receive many messages.  If I receive your message the following day, I may not call you back unless you indicate that it is okay to do so. (I do not want to catch you at a bad time!) If I receive a message from you and you do not leave your name and a brief message, I will not call back.  Many people assume that since I have caller ID on my cell phone that I will have the call back number.  You must leave your name, contact number, a message, and the best time to reach you in order to get a call back.  If you are calling from a blocked number, I will not answer or return your call even if you leave a number.  The number must be unblocked. If your message is left at 2am and you sound drunk or on drugs, I will not call back.  If you are too explicit, I will not respond.

If you send an email message and it is too vague, I will not respond.  Too many people play games and I just don't have time for it.  In an email message, you should tell me your name, what date and time is convenient for you, what city you are in, contact number and the required information for screening.  If you send a message like this for example:

Do you have time available today?

You will not get a response if you send this type of email.  I am sure all providers are not responding to all messages.  It's all about how you come accross in a message.  If you sound like a gentleman who really wants an appointment, then there will be a response.  If you sound unsure, rude or too vague, then there will be no response.

I do not think you are being rude.  I just want everyone to know that not all calls or emails sound serious enough to respond back to.
