Great idea, but it doesn't work that way. Cell phones and PDAs are not connected directly to the internet. They use portals where not all sites are necessarily available. A web site owner must first create a cell/pda version of the site and pay a fee to the portal operator for it to be available.  Even if someone does this, portal operators (Wireless Web, M mode, etc.) are not obligated to carry the site and many don't allow adult content. Not to mention, portal operators are typically stingy with thier server space and tend to ask themselves, is this site valuable to the majority of my subscribers? TER hobbyists are kind of a nitch market in the grander scheme.

Bootom line - Even if TER is availbale, most of the provider websites won't be.

Just thought I'd offer my 2 cents before you dropped 400.00 on a TREO.

I have been thinking about getting that new Treo 600 phone.  It would be nice to be able to get on the internet wirelessly, download all the pictures and numbers from Eros on my handheld, and then pick and choose right there on the spot when I feel in the mood.  Then turn around and write a review on TER right when I'm done.  I mean, I just can't go on my computer at work and start downloading pictures of women.  Does anyone know if it is possible to do this with any kind of PDA with wireless?

I am greatful to a computer tech who is adult word oriented for getting things working again.  One of the things that I learned from this is that wireless helps others snoop on your activities if so inclined.  Another is that no matter what the firewall, hackers are out there making it their lifes work to get past it and eventually they will.

Much better to research first, and x-fer to your handheld.

Wi-Fi is too far and few to make that an option, for me anyways.
