Unless you are like 500 years old, I don't see what your issue is.  "Afternoon Delight" is a common term and you sure as heck can't claim you own it.  

I sure hope your post was humorous and just intended to get attention.

I met Sonya at a board meeting a couple of months ago and had the opportunity to chat for a few minutes.  She was very cordial and friendly. Did not realize that you had "afternoon delight" trade and service marked, lol.

I merely wanted to clarify that I have a site that is copyrighted by the name ...and the way the wording was sounded like afternoon delight was working with sonya.. clearly was a mix up.. and I was not neglective towards her in sense . I have the most up respect for the ladies in this community.. after all variety is the spice of life..

You may have "AfternoonDDDelight.com" copyrighted (see below), but that does not give you rights to all variations, including the general term "afternoon delight" or even the specific web URLs "AfternoonDelight.com" and "Afternoon-Delight.com" (or their other .net etc. variations).

In fact, there is a well-respected Houston-based escort site with a similar name, which is also copyrighted:

No problem with clarifying that you are not working with Sonya, but you certainly don't own the term 'afternoon delight', which you falsely implied.
