There are too many occurances of the checklist of items the ladies provide is very different from the reviews, even when there is only one review for a lady.  Are hobbiests that incompetent as to not be able to complete a form?  Or, is is possible that there is some prevarication going on?

For those wondering where my reviews are, I prefer to play in private and pay for TER.  Thank you to all who do choose to supply accurate and timely info.

Inacuracy is occurring more and more lately. Persistance will decrease the value of reiviews, consequently the validity of reviews.

Wonder what moderator and the TER folks who approve the review has to say bout it.

about getting TER for free.  It's about helping your fellow hobbyist have a good time by getting as much information as possible out into the open.

I'm assuming that the reason you know there is a discrepancy between posted info and reality is because you've actually seen someone with review information that didn't jive with what you've experienced. (I hope you're not basing your comment on calls to providers, cause we all know most of them aren't going to verify what they will and will not do over the phone.)

Well, if YOU then don't post a review, how is anyone else going to find out the information was incorrect and know not to go see her?

moderators dont approve reviews. for that matter, we dont have the ability or access to edit/add/remove reviews. That is done by a completely different set of people.

Joc, I appreciate your perspective on helping members with reviews but since I have the choice and reasons, I choose to play this way.  Try taking this string as my way of contributing to improving TER?

As far as how I knonw, look at a provider's review where there is just one review and you can find discrepencies between the check list of services offered and the narrative in the Members Section.  There are even greater differences in reviews and check lists with providers that have many reviews.  I understand the possibilities of "YMMV" but this problem goes way beyond YMMV.

If I understand your question is why might a first time review profile say daty but the details don't say it occurred.

My take on the review process is this.
The questions are supposed to indicate what is allowed not what actually happened.  In the reference above, some guys don't like to daty on a provider or accept BBBJ from a provider but because it was available that is how the question was marked.  If he checked those questions NO just because it was his choice it may make other guys decide not the see her because that is what the look for.

I for one think the profile section is useless since it is set by the first reviewer and doesn't matter what the next 15 guys answered.

This is why I am a big supporter of guys putting short profiles at the end of the review as to what is or is not available regardless of what they did.

The whole profile part or TER's system chaps my ass everytime I do a review.  Review submission forces you to fill out ALL the profile fields, yet (as you see also) the submitted profile data is hardly ever used to update the main profile.

Two technical improvements would be most welcome:
- add a "new review based on this review" function, so you don't have to enter all that stuff, and
- show the full profile details of every submitted review

Good point, I typically don't DATY but would put that in a review if I knew the provider provided that service.  One would hope that whether you decide to write a review or not, hopefully there are things going on here that you like and add to the fun of the hobby.  I don't think TER is trying to be perfect!
