Yes, that self review and the constant name changes have been the subject of much speculation and puzzlement regarding this provider.
Multiple name changes are usually a hallmark of a very bad or rip-off provider, as of course are self-reviews. Yet, the consensus is that Lillian/Patricia/Tieta/et. al. is an excellent provider, and very attractive... so why the scam-type activities? I suspect it is a pimp/backer of some kind who isn't patient enought to wait for the brand to develop, or who has run unreliable girls in the past.
Basically a good provider with spectacularly bad P.R. sensibilities.
