If I see a provider I reviewed a year or so ago, and want to see and review her again, how would I do that? I've seen her a handful of times since then.

as you would any other review.  There shouldn't be any problem doing that.  If there is TER will let you know.  Of course you won't get any new VIP days for it, according to the rules.  You can find statements about re-reviews in the help area under submitting reviews.

If something has changed since your last review.
If she has a new look, if she offers different services, if you saw her in a double,
something that would differentiate her from when you reviewed her last.
