Pheonix, I've come to the conclusion that GFE and PSE can mean just about anything you want them to mean. When I was new in the hobbyist business, I posted a message, asking what a GFE was, and I got so many conflicting meanings, that I was confused.
My definition of a PSE, is a provider who will do ANYTHING, your heart desires, and maybe throw in a few things that you never even thought about.
I have seen a few actual porn stars in my time, but I have had a better PSE from Deanna every time.

I think you hit on something, that being that it will mean different things to different people.
But, a key might be someone that, as you said, will do anything you want, and more. And, I think, will be urging you to go further, expand your borders of experience beyond where you've gone before.

Both are used entirely too often and most time misunderstood.
