I have read so many good reviews of Loni and her friends decided to partake myself today....called the friends phone and made an appt for 90 minutes later... drove more than 60 minutes to the waffle house that i was told to call from... contacted them again and was told to wait for a phone call for further directions etc... for the next 90 minutes i waited and attempted to contact them back... finally  left and travelled the 60 minute drive back....what gives?..i hear many providers complain about no shows but i thought this was a more professional outfit than this... even a return call would have been appreciated...i can only advise you to make appointments with this group at your own risk!

i just want to tell everyone that after my unfortunate scheduling experiance with Loni's assistant, i was contacted the next day by Loni, herself, voicing a warm apology and a very agreeable solution for the incident...I can only say that mistakes may happen but Loni was very timely in responding to the problem with a good solution..

Same thing happenned to me tonight.. 45 minutes in the Waffle House parking lot.  I called her phone multiple times, but there was no answer...

She's the best.  If Loni has any faults at all, it's that she's too sweet and caring and doesn't want to rush a client out the door until he's totally wasted.  If you're not happy, SHE's not happy.

It's sort of like how Nacole/Nicole is almost always late.  It's just one of those things you learn to expect and deal with, knowing that you'll get the same kind of attention when it's your turn.
