I've gotten fat. It really bums me out. I used to see providers but now I'm too embarassed. No luck loosing weight. Anyone know a good diet pill??
Stay away from pills. Most do bad things to your blood pressure. South Beach and Atkins work good but they require you to stay with it. The difference between the two is that SB goes low and no fat on the preliminary and maintenance part of the program and Atkins does not. If you are prone to heart or cholestrol problems South Beech is the way to go. Basically on both you give up carbs which are anything with bread, potatoes, pasta, sugar. There are lots of things that don't have these. The up side is if you are religous with it you'll loose 15 to 20lbs in about 3 or 4 weeks, more if you exercise. Buy the books follow them and you'll be happy. You'll be happier still if you stay with the program long term. Has the added benefit if you're diabetic of lowering your need for insulin. Also has been said to lower cholesterol.

I've gained 50 pounds since my wife died.
That translates to 8" increase belt size.
And a decrease of over 2" privates.
I am 5'10" and 270 pounds.
That is in just 4 1/2 years.
And I was large to start with.
But, what the heck, I'm almost 60 so my hobby days are numbered.
Me and the blue diamond still play.
I still hobby anyway.
Not much chance for missionary.
If they have a problem they have never said so.
Actually, I'm easy money for them.

It was freakin ridiculous. Waffle House almost every morning, buffets for lunch, Steak dinners......way too much food. I don't know if it's the lifestyle, but everyone eats there. With the heat and humidity, I didn't even feel like working out at the Hotel GYM. I went to 2 AMPs while I was there, and I had a hard time performing to my fullest potential because I was sweating like crazy.
I agree sex is a work out, but not enough to lose weight. Losing weight is about changing your diet and performing more physical activity.
When I go back there in October, I'm not going to make the same mistakes to gain the weight I did. Since I've been back to San Diego, I lost 4 of the 10 I gained. Unlike the ATL, there is a gym on almost every corner over here.
badkarma.... you missed the small print on the Waffle House menu, eat all you care to, then work off the calories with Atlanta's finest ! *LOL* I think with the bounty of providers in the Atlanta area there is no reason that you can't partake of all the southern dining the city has to offer, just remember to schedule accordingly and plan those hot sessions to work the excess calories off !!!! Tony and John, if you can get it hard, that's all you need, BUT, PLEASE, don't sit on the provider's back, or roll over on her. These ladies are fragile and you can really do damage. A young lady that I was to meet, had to cancel my appt. because a 400 pounder sat on her upper back and really did some damage. He didn't do it deliberately, he just didn't realize how heavy he is and the amount of harm he could do.
Sooooo you heavy guys, be kind and considerate. The gals will love you even more!!
Yeah. A diet of crystal meth and cigarettes works every time. But don't try it.
There is no other miracle cure. A balanced diet and regular exercise is the way to go. I've read that hypnosis is also very effective for reducing overeating and late night snacking, at least for some people.
If you are, say, 50-70 pounds overweight, plan on taking it off over a year. That is a realistic goal and loosing weight very gradually greatly increases the probability that you will keep it off.
Start small. Stick with it. Patience and perserverence will pay off.
Use an alias if you wish.

There was a thread on this topic before, and I responded then, as well...I have several gents that see me, that are huggy bear size...
I don't mind it one bit...as long as you feel healthy, and are very clean, I don't have one problem seeing anyone who thinks they are a plus-size teddy bear...
Don't worry about it one bit...Be honest, do your research, and definitely find the ladies who adore the larger gents...We will always treat you right...;-p

P.S. Sexercise is the best exercise...Have you had your workout??? And regarding pills, I had tried one before called Ionamin...It worked really well, and I didn't feel jumpy..Just too expensive...Other than that, I would definitely try to kickstart your body for change by doing a 1-3 day Detox...There are several different methods, but definitely speak to your doctor/physician first...There are safe home-methods to do it...
Here in Atlanta, if you go to Sevananda or Whole Foods, you can speak with someone who knows the differences, and direct you to specific programs you can do at home...Good Luck!!!

OMG honestly !!! when men get love handles and a little "healthier" than they were at 20 society says they are "comfortable and secure in who they are" ... women are just letting themselves go! When you guys get gray hair it shows you are mature and experienced in life, we are just accused of forgetting to go to the salon (*what were we thinking ....a gray hair !!*) SO...... please jump on board and lighten up on yourself, that is what makes our country great!!! I am most certain you can (handle that) ... and maybe prefer it. Maybe some of those "less than mature" types have the energy level that matches yours, and can keep up with you ... maybe.
I like the teddy bears too they are fun to snuggle. Especially since im a BBW. It is the man inside that counts and sex is a wonderful exercise.
I have lost 30lbs this year alone just by dropping sugar from my diet. Try taking one thing at a time from your diet and then once you get accustomed take another. Remember it isnt a diet it has to become a way of life. But Teddy Bears Are Great.

I like Sofia have alot of clients who are sexy teddy bears...I would not change them for the world, they are the most geninue people u will ever meet....I have done diet pills for the last 10 yrs I usually go with the generic ones they worked for me and I never felt jumpy...Good luck!!

My wife passed on some 7 years ago, and instead of putting on pounds, I lost about 15 lbs in a few weeks. I had no appetite. Don't for a minute think that your sex life is over. I'm almost 80 and the providers that I've been seeing are not only ladies, they are living, breathing dolls. They've been kind to me, we share all those things that are good. These ladies have feelings just like those that we have. I've had so much fun with them that I can't leave them alone. Each one is different in some way.
Not only that, but a few of these ladies and I have become kindred souls. We share secrets and feelings, that we don't tell anyone else.
Start a new life, make the boards a place where you can meet new gals who'll make you happy and make you feel 30 years younger. Once in a very long while you'll run across a bi**h, just move on and chalk it up to experience.
I'll post a msg. and list some of the ladies who have been kind to me. Then you can PM me and tell me who you'd like to see. I know some sweethearts up in NC as well. I must say that ATL has the best in the southeast.

I don't agree with diet pills, there are so many other better ways to loose weight that are healthy. Alot of people do adkins, even though that works great for some people, I don't agree with it. I have found a low fat diet to be much more fulfilling and easier to go by. Adkins you tend to get tired of the food real quick. All you have to do is cut your fat intake out. Get all low fat stuff and fat free stuff. Instead of eating a burger and fries at a fast food place, get a salad with low fat or fat free dressing and/or a grilled chicken sandwich with no mayo. I gurentee if you do that you will loose weight pretty quick and it's healthy.
Things you can do that will help and you will see immediate results.
Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
Park further out in the parking lot.
Drink water, 8 glasses a day. (YES, drinking water helps).
If you like sodas, try not only diet soda, but caffine free sodas.
Put the butter away or use low fat butter.
Snack during the day, have oatmeal or speacial K for breakfast with fat free milk. Eat low fat yogurts and fruits and other healthy snacks such as fruit inbetween your meals.
Cut sugar out that you don't need.
You can eat like this and be fulfilled and still once a week, have a treat, you can have a favriote meal or a piece of cake. Trust me it works. Join a gym with friends and have a work out schedule where you all modivate eachother and work out together, that makes it fun.
