I have been informed that Nite Owl escort services was busted and that all the providers and clients were locked up because of additional substances were present. I am also told that the 2 answering the phone are LE not the regular people. So beware, I usually do not post this sort of thing, you know me, "NO DRAMA" but was told so I could keep you from getting swept up in this mess. I feel that this is true as the source is close to the owners of NiteOwl and I was told to spread the news so you can be aware and that NiteOwl knows I was told the news. I personally do not know anybody or have never been to NiteOwl, but was told it was a bust at the incall site and the door was busted down so they must have had prior knowledge to use such tactics.
I just do not get it, why do they have to mix the bad shit into the mix, sex for pay is simple and not a serious crime, then the extra gets everyone busted. Glad I do not indulge and I try to stay away from any that do. Ladies, PLEASE do not do drugs.

Jimmy, what if you were in the site, didn't know that there were drugs there, would you be guilty of frequenting a place where drugs were available? If you were with an indie and she had drugs, but not to your knowledge, would you be booked, along with the person who has the drugs?? Maybe the provider should be frisked before anything happens. There are all kinds of hiding places!!! OMG, NOT THERE,,, for shame!!
From what I have been told, if Drugs are found in a bust, ALL go to jail. No factual knowledge again, just what I was told. Anyone have any real knowledge? Jimmy
What if you were at a party and someone had drugs and LE showed up? Would everyone at the party be arrested? I'm not a lawyer but I believe LE needs to show that you either were in possession of said drugs or were using them.
Don't forget, you can be arrested just because, dragged to jail, then later released with the charges dropped because you really had no involvement in the drug situation.
However, the question will be, what were you there for? If it wasn't for drugs then what? I think the general intent is to curb activity by humiliation (i.e. arrest, detainment, etc.). Good luck suing for wrongful arrest when you were picked up at an escort service.
LE can arrest everyone at the party if they want to.
A friend of a friend got busted in the parking lot at the Dead show at Lakewood last Thursday. (BTW the show was smokin' 
She and some other people were riding with a guy she knew. She and the guy were at his car, waiting for the rest to find their way back. Cop came up and said the guy "appeared to be intoxicated in a public place", detained him, searched the car, found mushrooms. The guy told the cop it was his car, that the girl was not involved, had no knowledge of the mushrooms, she just rode with him to the show.
They arrested her anyway and charged her with felony possession of a Schedule I substance. Her hearing was Friday morning, charges were dismissed. She was released Saturday afternoon - they check for outstanding warrants and otherwise "process" you (i.e. hassle you) even after your charges are dismissed.
Was the search and seizure of the vehicle legal? They'll probably get away with it because the car belonged to the guy, and the keys were in the ignition. That probably gave the officer authority to impound the vehicle based on his "assertion" that the guy was "intoxicated". I'm not sure. I know his charges were not dismissed at the prelim.
And, there is no such thing as "suing for wrongful arrest". Police are immune from prosecution except under very, very unusual circumstances.

Hey Guys. Thought I would shed some light on the Nite Owl story since I own the agency and it was my home that was raided. Fortunately I was in Boca Raton enjoying my holiday when the Main Investigative Squad decided to raid my home. It was not related at all to the Escort Services of Nite Owl. It seems that I have a few disgruntled neighbors in my hood and I have allowed several of the Nite Owl girls to stay at my home for various reasons. Yes, there have been substance use I am sure as I am not home all the time but no this to occur. Yes, the girls occassionally have male company while off duty and it is many time late or early morning. Yes, Ivy was there when it happened and was the only provider present. 4 went to jail and only one is facing charges of possession of marijuana. All others had charges dropped and there was so little illegal substance found that I am sure the DA that issued the search warrent is livid with the Investigator that spent a month on the case. My home was wrecked and in my room they conviscated 12 viagra tablets and one wellbutrin tab. All are prescribed by licensed physicians. They did go through my computer and uncovered Nite Owl documents/photos etc. . . Now they want to talk about my license which was issued at another address than my basement. I am in transition with office space and certainly feel that because a license is issued at one address that I have the right to move without immediately notifying Fulton County Small Business license department. Gee, can I have my Viagra back? They are damn expensive.
All is okay with Nite Owl and watch for some HOT NEW MODELS!

Thought three were problems with NiteOwl. Went their once before they took on the name NiteOwl. Felt the provider I saw was on something, what I do not know. Then, the provider I saw running the place or was the featured provider. Also felt they are being careless in having so many working out of one location (no I am not bringing up the old argument), I quickly put one and one together and came up with to and decided to away.
Appears I made the right decision.
I remeber some old reviews that said the "featured" provider was really hot, but it depended on how "FU" she was when you saw her. The performance ratings were all over the place depending her level. A shame, because I have never forgotten that and would have seen her immediately otherwise. The reviews DO have purpose.
A new ad just popped up on Eros from Ivy of Night Owl Entertainment. Is LE now actively trolling for clients?
Le loves EROS... I was told by the boys themselves one time about a lady on there that was workin with them in order to ease her suffering.. I thought guys went thru the steps to check if lady is LE or working with them.. ok boys.. now back to school.. Does anyone have any info on the bust? Was it in the news? Anyone have inside info on LE reports? But I guess if they wanted to do a sting with the service it would be quiet?
But as said, we need to be carefull, although I have never none anything unlawfull, I pay for company and time, if we get along, things just happen and in any M/f situation.

I can shed light on the bust. It had nothing to do with Nite Owl and the escort business. It seems the owner of Nite Owl (me) had 12 heavy hits of VIAGRA in his bedroom and now the MAJOR INVESTIGATIVE DIVISION of NARCOTICS launched a month long investigation and decided upon action after a disgruntled X -Boyfriend of a provider snitched a lot of BS to a willing ear.
More evidence of Your Tax Money at work. Charges were dropped on 3 fellows and one is facing a possession charge of marijuana.

Jimmy, this is Al Nite. Call the Nite Owl line at 678.205.1012 and I will answer the phone. I generally don't invite the LE to my parties accept for one who recently retired and moved West. He and I would play guitar and sing together on occassion and he was a regular client of Cheyenne's. I enjoyed his company and wisdom.

And another thing folks. It is definitely not LE anwering my phone. It is usually me answering and I take extra percautions in screening the calls. There were no clients taken to jail as it did not happen where any clients would have been. Only my yardman that was having some water(his name is Jesus and he looks like Che Guevarra but I assure you he is closer to JC(Jesus Christ) in all of his actions. He was let go. 2 others were non prosecuted because of a such a failed mission by LE, and one boyfriend of a provider is facing possession of marijuana and XTC charges. The dope was in his car which LE now owns. My opinion on this - The source of the search warrant is a very low life fellow that had troubles of his own and decided to take a chance to save his own hide because he was caught planting a quantity of substance in my home and was made to leave (HE had been driving girls on outcalls) and one of the girls happened to beat him up for that. (LOL)
Anyhow, in this case, the source of info to LE was a pathological liar and I think LE knows that now. Nite Owl is not in the frying pan at all. To put in perspective, I feel any agency that bait and switches has done more wrong than anything that has ever occured at Nite Owl at least under my watch. To my knowledge we have never B&S or even air brushed a photo. I take issue and pride that what you see on our site is what you will get if ordered and fullfilled. I was on holiday with Roxanne on Demand at the time and she had my full attention.
I would like to thank you guys that have used our service and hope you will keep on. We have some great girls and some good girls and some that well, . . . . . you can't when um all lest you have a DREAM TEAM! Loni, I would love a date to settle my nerves. LE typically doesn't move in and make busts based on the hearsay of a disgruntled driver. The more this guy talks, the more fishy it sounds -- there's a whole lotta crap that isn't adding up here.
For all we know, this guy could actually be LE posting from their computer. I mean, he's even using a screen name alias, fer chrissakes!! What kind of legitimate businessman wouldn't want clients to be able to reach him?
Now ladies and gents, I could be wrong. But do you want to risk YOUR ass on what this guy is saying? Sorry, not me...
Make your own decision, but be smart and safe about it. In the meantime, I'll be telling everybody I know in the hobby to completely avoid this agency (and this guy, whoever he is) until the situation blows over and has time to cool down.
