try vip at piedmont and cheshire bridge.  i've tried 3 ladies there.  they have very good looking ladies.  as for going the extra mile, here's my experience.  none of them allowed daty nor kissing.  they tend to be quiet moaners so you're not sure whether they're enjoying it.  avoid cindy...a tall 5'10" lady with A cups at best.  she just lays there.
