Based on the construction details of the web site (including the pic password requirement), I suspect this may be related to an earlier scam by CassieHasItAll.com; it floated around here and North Carolina nearly a year ago.
Once again, be careful of the holiday scammers looking for quick cash -- they are out in full force.
