Do your homework on Iva, if you end up having to call from a shopping center across from their aparmtment in the Lenox area, it sounds like it will be the same bait and switch I had with Ginger.  If you go in and its a run-down, old and small complex, expect to find a different person.  Do your homework, ask some questions, dont get burned.
