How would you ladies handle the following situation?
1. A hobbyist has a heart attack while in the 'saddle'? The hobbyist is in a hotel and you are doing an outcall, i.e. it's his hotel room.

2. What if it's your hotel room?

3. What if you are in his home, and he lives alone?
I'm sure that you ladies have thought about this situation and all of its ramifications.    

Dial 911 and deal with the consequences later.

I agree,  A client hasn't ever had a heart attack on me,(knocking on wood) but a gentlemen once had a gall bladder attack during an appointment at his place I rode all the way to the hospital with him...

Actually that was on of the subjects of one of the Desperate Housewives episodes last season.  Bree's husband had a heart attack in the throws of a BDSM session.  And the lady did just as described above, she called 911 and dealt with the consequences.  I think any descent human being would do the same regardless of their profession.

I would call 911 no matter what. If the guy was married and was at his home, I'd call 911 and prolly run like hell.

When I lived in San Diego there were three, mature ladies that ran a massage place out of a modest home in a commercial area. The place had been there for many years. One day they told me about a gentleman, a widower, that had been one of their oldest clients. The old duffer was in his 80's and still came to visit once a month. Well one day during the climax of his session he had a massive heart attack. They called 911 and did CPR on the old guy but to no availe. The cops and paramedics all knew what the place was and hauled the guy off without saying anything. As you can expect the ladies were horrified that this happened and about how his family would take the news of his passing in a massage joint.

About a month later the guys son showed up. They recognized him from the pictures his Dad had shown them over the years. The son told them that everyone in the family knew about Dad's monthly visit there and thought that seeing the ladies once a month was what kept him going all those years. The Son said that his Dad waited all month for his visit and that if he could have choosen a way to go out; he would have gone out exactly the way he did. Up until the time the FEDs closed the place down the son was a monthly visitor, lol.

The Feds charged the ladies for income tax evasion, money laundering, and a host of other bullshit charges. Very serious charges. Never did hear about how things turned out.
