In the left hand side, where the "small" pictures of the girls are displayed, *right* click on Gina's picture and, from the menu that appears, choose "Copy Shortcut" or "Copy Link".
Switch to the window where you are composing your "ISO on this Eros provider" post. In either the Message field, or the Link URL field (delete the 'http://' that is already there first), press Control-v to paste in the link.
For those of you who might actually be interested in checking out an ad, or helping someone who doesn't post a link to the ad, here's how you can find the ad a little faster:
- click in the left hand area where the small pictures are
- press Control-f to activate the "find" dialog
- type in the name of the provider you're looking for and press Enter
You may need to press Enter (or click Find Next) a couple of time, since (like in this case) there might be multiple ladies listed using the same name. In that case, if you were trying to help out, you'll just have to make a guess as to which of the multiple ladies the original poster was asking about.
E.g. was it this Gina:

or that Gina:

(on a side note to photographers: if you don't want to reveal a lady's identity by only taking her picture facing away from the camera, it helps if she's not standing in front of a mirror
