not quite the problem. They are complaining about their non-CityVibe links being changed to City Vibe and then of course they're dropped as you suggest above

Cityvibe profile problems

A lady posted a while ago about having a problem with her TER profile that a lot of other lady's are having now as well. The problem is that their web link in their profile has been changed from their personal web page to the link on their Cityvibe ad.

It was suggested that the taff be notified to correct this but many lady's have told me the problem has not been corrected after weeks of trying.

I'm surprised nobody made the connection. Cityvibe is a sponsor of the site (TER). As such they are paying money to advertise. It also costs a provider money to advertise on Cityvibe. If a lady doesn't keep up with her Cityvibe ad payment then the ad gets dropped. If the ad is dropped then the TER link is not valid and the lady is left in a state of limbo for potential clients. If Cityvibe doesn't have advertisers, then they can't pay to advertise on TER. From a TER perspective, there is no incentive to switch the profile back to the lady's personal home page link.

Get the circle now? I can spot a conspiracy theory a mile away. Unfortunately most have an eliment of truth as in this case.

There are also some that never had a cityvibe ad and they (cityvibe) put incorrect info on a webpage about the provider. Wrong phone number. They are using some bad techniques, and it shouldn't be tolerated.

i've got the same problem, ive written staff@ and admin@ AND made a problem report on myself...
see, i DONT pay cityvibe. but the minute i contact them to fix the fradulent info/typos/shittay cut and paste techniques, they'll say: Sure! just pay us the $$$ you owe.

fk that.
and fk them.

1 out of 50 contacts from cityvibve are Actually looking for the kind of experience i offer. that just isnt worth the money they are asking.
if i get delisted for bad website, you bet your ass LA will hear the echos of my rant!

While I don't pay for my CityVibe ad, this problem still frustrates me. I recently contacted CityVibe to change the text and the pictures in my ad. I'm not sure if there is a conspiracy going on, but the reason that I would rather my personal website be listed on my profile is because it gets updated first, before any of my ads. I'm at my wits end trying to find a solution to this problem. After pm'ing Staff, e-mailing admin@ and support@, and using the "Report a Problem" link on my profile several times, I've just given up on ever having it changed!!! To make it worse, it took me a little over a week to get my ad on CityVibe updated!!! That's ridiculous!
