Ladies, I need help! I've been with providers who have had breast augmentation, and some of those breasts have been oh so soft and natural, while others have been like coconuts!!
Are the soft ones saline, and the hard ones are silicone, or is it the price, that differentiates one from the other???
Personally, I like the soft ones, even if they do get to be a little "droopy".

The problem is not just the implant but the fibrous tissue that forms around the implant.  This can even calcify.  Most implants become trouble eventually.

Ladies, don't do it!  But if you do, do it for yourself, not to attract men.

And parents out there, don't let young girls talk you into letting them do this.  Yes, this is happening.

To my dear lady friends who have them, please do not be upset with me.  I love you all anyway, and no less for it.  If you are happy with them, well then all to the good.  I have seen just too many difficult problems, and felt this post was justified.

a very beautiful now retired young lady who was a dancer hardbody ,5 foot five, 120 pounds, who weight trained. now she was not a female bodybilder but was in extreamly great shape. Vegas showgirl type lean. she danced at local clubs in DC, and saw a very few clients. now she was very small up top an A cup very small. she contemplated brest auguments. she went ahead and got them. she was thrilled with them. she went from an A cup to a 34 C. she told me it was "the greatest thing she ever did for herself ''. i thought they were quite beautiful and felt natural to me.

This is really an anecdote, and does not adequately describe the experience overall.

I have probably felt several hundred, by no means all providers, and some feel quite natural.  Most do not.

How long has it been since she has had them?  I do hope she feels the same way in 5 years.
